In this role you drive business and technical analysis for technology consulting engagements in a globally connected EY environment. Responsibilities

• Understand client business goals and priorities to define effective solutions with functional teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate exceptional delivery
• Contribute to proposals and client presentations to grow new business
• Create innovative insights to support change agendas and value delivery for clients
• Model and document business and solution requirements for IT system changes
• Coach and mentor junior team members and foster knowledge transfer

Key requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, industry, or government in local, European & US markets
• Experience gathering, defining and documenting business and solution requirements for IT system changes
• Strong academic record with a relevant third-level degree
• Experience in focus industries: Power & Utilities, Government & Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telecommunications & Media
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment
• Experience in business development including client relationship management and proposal support

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Relationship-building with clients and peers
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Creation of User Stories or Use Cases with Product Owner collaboration
