Overview
In this role you will advise on complex disputes and investigations involving AI, data and technology to support high-stakes regulatory matters. You will work with partners and senior lawyers on multi-jurisdictional cases, helping to grow the technology disputes practice. You will supervise junior lawyers, draft strong regulatory documents, and contribute to business development. This is an opportunity to shape how cutting-edge tech regulation is interpreted and applied in a leading Bristol practice.
Responsibilities
- Advising on complex disputes and investigations involving AI, data, and technology
- Managing workstreams and supervising junior lawyers on active matters
- Drafting high-quality legal documents and supporting regulatory enforcement cases
- Contributing to business development and the growth of the technology disputes practice
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE with strong experience in commercial disputes or regulatory investigations
- Background in technology or data-related matters advantageous
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
