Senior Associate – Tax Technology and Transformation – London

Overview

In this role you help tax functions modernize using technology, tackling multi-country projects and challenging client needs. You’ll drive change within EY’s Innovation Hive, advising clients on strategic and practical technology-enabled improvements. You’ll demonstrate EY’s offerings, gather requirements with cross-functional teams, and support go-to-market and delivery activities. Your work connects tax expertise with digital solutions to enhance client outcomes and experience. Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify technology opportunities and advise on implementation
• Deliver live demonstrations of EY technology offerings and recommend optimal solutions for client challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and provide feedback to the product team
• Support go-to-market activities, draft proposal materials, run training, and ensure successful software implementations
• Assist with technology deployments for clients, maintaining strong client relationships throughout engagements
• Identify new software sales opportunities and ways to optimise service delivery through technology
• Work with EY tax teams to support delivery of complex managed services engagements leveraging EY technology assets

Key requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Big 4 or equivalent experience
• Experience in managing client engagements, including scoping, delivery risk, and quality assurance
• Strong communication skills with senior and junior stakeholders
• Excellent time management and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-changing environment
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn how tech supports clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
