Quality Engineer

Overview

In this role you will be a key technical expert in our global quality organization, leading reliability activities for advanced products and shaping validation strategies. You will collaborate across engineering, R&D, manufacturing and quality teams to drive data-driven improvements that influence product launches and lifecycle performance. This hybrid Stockport position offers exposure to NPI, manufacturing transfers and customer qualifications, with a focus on reliability modeling and actionable insights. Responsibilities

• Lead reliability validation and qualification activities for cutting-edge products
• Design and run accelerated life testing programmes
• Conduct failure investigations and root cause analysis
• Develop reliability models and performance dashboards
• Support NPI and manufacturing transfer initiatives
• Drive corrective actions to improve reliability and customer satisfaction
• Support customer audits and technical reviews
