Managing Consultant – HLS – Cyber Security and Digital Trust

Overview

In this role, you lead and shape cyber security engagements for health and life sciences clients, building trusted digitisation strategies and strong client partnerships. You will drive business development, contribute to market propositions, and guide teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions. You join a cross-functional leadership group focused on transforming healthcare technology with data protection and security at the core. This is an opportunity to influence how health organisations adopt digital trust at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technical cyber security engagements and manage multiple engagements daily
• Drive sales and business development within Health & Life Sciences sector
• Lead and participate in the Digital Trust and Cyber Security leadership team
• Build and maintain high-level client relationships (CIO, CFO, COO, CISO, Head of Technology)
• Develop new service propositions and grow revenue in the region (target ~1.5M+ per year)
• Inspire and run a high-performing team to deliver client outcomes and develop people

Key requirements

• Experience with Health and Life Sciences organisations, ability to structure thinking to identify requirements and opportunities
• Proven delivery leadership of cyber security engagements
• Commercial acumen and established industry relationships to enable revenue growth
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills up to Board level
• Knowledge of regulatory environment affecting cyber security and privacy
• Qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CIPP/E preferred
