Overview

In this role, you will drive end-to-end proposal development to support sales in a fast-growing startup. You’ll craft compelling RFX responses and manage content and tools, with a focus on accuracy, brand alignment, and timely submissions. You’ll collaborate across product, marketing, legal, and compliance to gather inputs and accelerate win rates. This is a hands-on position that blends writing, content management, and cross-functional coordination to scale our proposal operations. You’ll work in Navan’s travel and expense platform ecosystem, shaping how we present value to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and vendor questionnaires with cross-functional teams
  • Tailor responses to client needs ensuring compliance and brand consistency
  • Ensure timely, high-quality proposal submissions under tight deadlines
  • Maintain and organize the proposal content library, reflecting latest product capabilities and compliance standards
  • Coordinate internal review and approval workflows; communicate timelines and ownership clearly

Key requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in proposal coordination, RFP writing, or sales enablement in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Experience with proposal automation platforms (Responsive, Loopio, etc.); direct experience with Arphie is a strong plus
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Technical savvy with CRM (Salesforce), collaboration tools (Slack), Google Suite, and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup and collaborate cross-functionally
