Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead installation and service operations for a small, growing electronic security business. You will ensure on-time, profitable delivery of CCTV, Door Entry, and Access Control services while supporting profitable growth. You will work closely with projects in the construction market, applying commercial, technical and operational skills to optimize delivery. This is an opportunity to shape how services are delivered in a hands-on, growth-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and service operations for CCTV, Door Entry and Access Control systems
• Ensure services are delivered on time and within profit targets
• Drive profitability and efficiency across commercial, technical, and operational aspects
• Coordinate with construction project delivery in building services (CCTV/ Door Entry/ Access Control/ Fire Detection/ M&E)
• Develop and implement processes to improve installation and maintenance efficiency and reliability

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering installation and maintenance services profitably
• Experience on construction projects delivering building services (CCTV/ Door Entry/ Access Control/ Fire Detection/ M&E/ MEP)
• Strong commercial, technical and operational capabilities
• Ability to lead and grow a small services operation
