Overview

Senior Product Owner for the Xsolla Money Account, shaping embedded financial services for gamers, creators, and developers. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across wallet, card issuing, payouts, and related capabilities, partnering with engineering and external providers to ship scalable, compliant products. You’ll operate in a dynamic fintech-gaming context, balancing user experience with regulatory and partner constraints. Responsibilities

• Contribute to Money Account strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals
• Identify opportunities to expand wallet, issuing, payouts, and related financial capabilities
• Balance user experience, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and partner constraints
• Translate strategy into clear PRDs with context and actionable requirements
• Collaborate with UX/UI to craft intuitive end-to-end experiences
• Work with engineering using Jira and Confluence to manage scope and delivery
• Drive features from ideation through launch readiness and iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support
• Engage with external partners (wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, card networks) to clarify requirements and timelines
• Define and monitor key product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage
• Use data and feedback to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement

Key requirements

• 8–12+ years in product management within fintech, payments, embedded finance, or ecommerce
• Proven track record delivering complex fintech products end-to-end
• Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS
• Strong technical fluency and comfort collaborating with engineers and APIs
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured requirements
• Solid project management with timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; multi-workstream management
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools
• Data-driven mindset with use of metrics to guide decisions
