Overview
As a Site Process Engineer in EUCF PE, you will lead and deploy EU-wide process improvements within the FC. You collaborate with site leadership to drive productivity and efficiency gains, turning initiatives into tangible results. You own and translate complex processes into actionable plans, while ensuring timely execution and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to scale best practices and influence outcomes that support the EU Fulfillment Network’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead Back to Basics opportunities by analyzing bottom 50% processes, benchmarking against EU FC metrics, and implementing improvement plans with Operations Management.
- Oversee FC improvement programs, perform deep-dive process analyses, and manage action plans with central PE and regional Site PEs.
- Drive network best practice implementation, support innovation frameworks, and submit major projects with substantial savings through OP1 Project Intake.
- Deploy EU network initiatives, ensure timely execution and compliance, and support tests and pilots.
- Maintain partnership with FC Operations through Gemba walks and leadership meetings, building relationships with Site Leaders and Senior Management.
- Provide ad hoc process support and may lead expanded EU projects across multiple FCs.
- During Q4, integrate with site management operational teams, with up to 10% travel as needed.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or process improvement
- Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Ability to travel 0-10% within the region
