Overview

In this role you will lead and shape digital health initiatives for public and private sector clients, guiding high-impact programmes from strategy to delivery. You’ll work with senior executives to design digitally enabled health services and ensure outcomes that improve patient care. Your leadership will drive growth in EY’s Digital Healthcare practice and foster collaboration across global teams. Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain relationships with board-level and senior health executives; act as trusted advisor on designing and delivering large-scale digital health programmes
  • Oversee multiple technology programmes leveraging AI and data for delivery excellence, risk management and value
  • Drive market strategy, proposition development and thought leadership within Digital Healthcare; collaborate with alliance partners on go-to-market
  • Lead business development and pursuit activities to grow the Digital Health Practice and translate market need into strategic growth
  • Provide technical leadership to on-, near- and off-shore teams; ensure compliant delivery of client engagements
  • Own revenue portfolio, manage pipeline, bids and multi-year client relationships
  • Mentor and develop junior colleagues, foster Digital Healthcare domain expertise
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, psychological safety, and wellbeing across project teams

Key requirements

  • Proven ability to lead large, multi-year digital health programmes
  • Extensive technical consulting experience in Enterprise environments or SIs/customers; strong NHS/public sector exposure
  • Experience delivering projects with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of IT strategy disciplines and digital health transformation (service architecture, cloud, IT strategy, governance)
  • Experience with data management, integration, governance and data quality in healthcare
  • Understanding of NHS/UK healthcare landscape, policies and operational challenges
  • Ability to write business or investment cases and engage with client organisations
  • Experience with healthcare data standards and electronic health records; familiarity with NHS frameworks (GDS, DTAC, Clinical Safety, Accessibility Standards)
