Overview
As a Transport Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer, you service, repair, and diagnose vehicle refrigeration and AC systems across the Midlands. You’ll work remotely, supporting ongoing service delivery and liaising with management on scheduling and orders. The role combines hands-on engineering with accurate documentation and customer-facing professionalism. You’ll be part of a specialist team that keeps mobile refrigeration and climate control operating smoothly, contributing to service excellence and regional coverage.

Responsibilities
- Managing van stock to ensure efficient service delivery
- Carrying out daily safety checks on the company vehicle
- Liaising with management regarding job scheduling, downtime, and customer orders
- Completing paperwork and digital job records for invoicing and compliance
- Supporting apprentices or trainee engineers when required
- Maintaining excellent customer service and professional representation
Key requirements
- Experience in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering
- F-Gas certification
