Senior Quality Engineer

Overview

As Senior Quality Engineer at Plexus, you lead quality excellence across complex manufacturing environments and key sectors. You’ll own New Product Introduction quality and drive initiatives to raise the site’s quality maturity. You’ll mentor teams, manage stakeholder conversations, and align QMS with Plexus strategies. This role combines technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable products for aerospace, medical, and industrial customers. You’ll work at Kelso and Livingston sites, shaping how we meet and exceed standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction quality, collaborating with other functions and customers to embed quality from the start
• Drive proactive quality to meet or exceed manufacturing requirements and standards
• Provide technical training and leadership to the quality team and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of the quality management system in line with Plexus strategy
• Communicate goals and quality concerns effectively with internal teams and customers
• Engage in master stakeholder interaction and navigate challenging conversations with customers and teams
