Overview
In this role you will advise on private client matters such as wills, LPAs, estates administration, probate, tax and trusts within a Worcester firm. You will manage a caseload with minimal supervision and engage with clients to progress matters from inception to completion. Training is available for wills if needed, and the role offers a chance to work closely with a cross-functional team to support clients and uphold the firm’s inclusive culture. This position combines hands-on client work with opportunities to shape private client services in a busy practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice on Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Probate, Tax and Trusts
- Manage a caseload under minimal supervision
- Review client instructions and progress cases from inception to conclusion
- Attend client meetings and communicate effectively with clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to support private client services
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE in private client work
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in corporate business is a plus; Wills training available for the right candidate
