Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships and integrated communications programmes
- Direct project delivery and ensure strategic, well‑crafted outputs
- Guide and develop project teams and junior staff to success
- Contribute to new business pitching and client growth efforts
- Work across Global/EMEA/UK pharma programmes and disease awareness initiatives
- Oversee digital and social media campaigns and data‑driven communications
- Engage in patient engagement, policy communications, and partnerships
- Monitor account financials, forecasting and reporting
Key requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical communications across Global/EMEA/UK
- Proven track record of leading projects and teams
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
- Experience with data/brand communications and digital/social campaigns
- Knowledge of disease awareness campaigns and patient engagement
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and reporting for accounts
