Global Real Estate Support Planning Lead (UK based)

Overview

In this role you will partner with a global client and internal teams to use data-driven insights for planning, forecasting, and optimizing commercial real estate portfolios. You will translate business goals into portfolio strategy and roadmaps, leveraging analytics to drive real estate expansion decisions. You’ll lead a team of analysts and collaborate with delivery, product, and technology partners to ensure solutions meet client needs. Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to forecast portfolio requirements using growth, people, and historical data
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to guide decision-making with best practices and market trends
• Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to implement data and analytics programs
• Translate client goals into actionable portfolio strategy with product and delivery alignment
• Co-create product/service roadmaps with stakeholders to align with engineering
• Influence senior stakeholders and manage expectations
• Support continuous improvement of tools and end-user adoption
• Oversee a team of analysts to deliver client insights and analytics

Key requirements

• 7+ years of CRE experience with focus on strategic portfolio planning, headcount planning, workplace experience and project management
• Experience presenting complex data insights to executives or leaders and data from multiple sources
• Experience with data analytics tools, BI systems and visualization; SQL or similar query languages
• Understanding of how real estate supports enterprise goals
• Experience translating business requirements to technology deliverables
• Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies in CRE strategy is a plus
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication
• Strong customer focus and collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams
