Overview

As Stockroom Manager you ensure smooth stockroom and back-of-house operations to support a top-level store experience. You partner with the management team to seize business opportunities and uphold brand standards. You lead stock handling, replenishment, and accuracy initiatives while driving omni-channel and digital projects. You build strong relationships across departments and coordinate with central operations to keep stores nimble and aligned with PVH’s inclusive culture. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to pursue business opportunities and meet brand standards
• Process deliveries, transfers and stock-related duties accurately
• Receive deliveries into the system and organize stock in the stockroom
• Ensure timely and correct replenishment on the shop floor by guiding the team
• Maintain SKU accuracy and conduct stock takes
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings and communicate goals and performance
• Manage communication boards and facility-related tasks (access controls, alarm systems)
• Serve as RFID champion for central London and assist other stores as needed
• Build relationships with HO, B&M, facilities, and loss prevention; work with SM on product/stock feedback
• Produce reports/analysis and share insights with management; conduct SR walks with SM/ASM
• Lead the rollout and operation of in-store omnichannel and digital projects

Key requirements

• Previous track record in hospitality or retail
• Stock handling experience
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace
• Knowledge of stock control systems (preferably FIORI, Store Force) and RFID
• Strong people management and conflict-resolution skills
