Quality Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the CSA quality assurance and control for large-scale data centre projects in London. You’ll develop and maintain quality plans and ISO 9001 systems, working closely with the project team toward practical completion. You will lead audits, snagging, NCR close-out and ensure handover documentation is complete. This is a client-facing, senior position within a growing Data Centre division, offering visibility on high-profile schemes and a chance to shape quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own QA/QC for CSA packages on hyperscale data centre schemes
• Develop and maintain project quality plans, inspection and test plans, and ISO 9001 systems
• Lead audits, snagging, NCR close-out and ensure handover documentation is complete
• Collaborate with the project team through to practical completion
• Ensure quality processes are followed on groundworks, structure, envelope and handover

Key requirements

• Previous Data Centre build project experience is essential
• Recent CSA-focused quality experience is required (not MEP-focused)
• Main contractor background with lead auditor / ISO 9001 credentials is preferred
