Overview

In this role you drive a multi-country transformation to centralise asset management data and processes. You will coordinate diverse workstreams across hardware, data governance, standardisation and change management to deliver the integrated European asset programme. You’ll partner with finance, IT, BI and operations to establish governance, track benefits and prepare for a unified EasyJob instance. You shape adoption through communication, training and stakeholder engagement, delivering measurable improvements in asset utilisation and data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the integrated delivery plan for European asset transformation initiatives
  • Establish programme governance forums, steering committees and working groups
  • Manage schedules, RAID logs, critical paths and milestone reporting
  • Coordinate cross-country dependencies and ensure action ownership is clear
  • Lead adoption of new operating procedures, governance standards and ways of working
  • Develop and deliver communication, stakeholder engagement and change plans
  • Support country leadership through behavioural and process change and monitor adoption
  • Coordinate asset governance and standardisation efforts; manage the Asset Standardisation Team
  • Escalate blockers and risks through governance routes
  • Coordinate development of asset-management operating model and asset-allocation processes
  • Oversee cross-border asset-transfer, EasyJob procedures, compliance and audit processes
  • Ensure standardised processes are defined, documented and adopted
  • Establish KPI dashboards and reporting packs
  • Monitor utilisation, data quality, compliance and benefit tracking
  • Validate progress against business-case targets
  • Coordinate business-readiness for future EasyJob instance
  • Manage requirements gathering, training and rollout planning

Key requirements

  • Five+ years delivering complex transformation programmes
  • Experience leading multi-country change initiatives across teams/units
  • Strong governance, planning and stakeholder-management experience
  • Experience implementing ERP, operational systems or process-transformation programmes
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Ability to manage integrated plans, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and critical paths
