Overview
In this role you will drive study start-up by shaping contract execution strategy and coordinating with the study team to align contracts with overall start-up plans. You will develop site contractual templates and negotiation terms, and work with legal, finance and clinical operations to resolve issues. You will manage site discussions on fair market value and payment terms within standards. This is an opportunity to grow your career while contributing to efficient trial activation.

Responsibilities
- Plan contract execution strategy and forecast site-specific timelines for assigned studies
- Prepare site contractual templates and payment terms to enable successful negotiations
- Maintain document status reports and update tools and team members
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and clinical operations to resolve legal and budget issues
- Lead site-level discussions on fair market value and payment terms during negotiations with sites
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life-sciences or relevant legal or business field
- Relevant industry work experience
- Prior contract negotiation experience
