In this role you will conduct Level 2–3 residential property surveys and produce client‑friendly reports in line with RICS standards. Responsibilities
- Generate clear, client‑facing property reports
- Assess structural issues and defects in properties
- Perform Level 2 and Level 3 surveys per RICS standards on residential properties
- Maintain professional communication with clients, estate agents and stakeholders to ensure smooth surveying processes
Key requirements
- MRICS qualification (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of simplifying technical information
- Extensive experience in residential property surveying, including Level 3 surveys
