Senior Director – Cyber Services

Overview

In this role you will own the strategy, delivery and evolution of a broad portfolio of cyber security services across the group and its operating companies. You will oversee a major MSSP relationship, driving performance and continuous improvement, while shaping the future services portfolio. Working with the CISO and senior stakeholders, you’ll enhance the customer experience and ensure services deliver measurable security and business outcomes. This position combines strategic leadership with operational excellence in a hybrid setting in central London or Reading.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the cyber security services strategy and roadmap across operations, engineering, architecture and resilience.
• Provide executive oversight and governance for a major MSSP relationship, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the CISO and senior stakeholders to align services with business goals and risk posture.
• Shape the portfolio to meet evolving security needs and improve customer experience across the organization.
• Lead complex, strategic initiatives and ensure measurable security and business outcomes.
• Influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership to adopt best practices and standards.
• Represent the security services function in executive forums and decision-making processes.

• Significant experience leading cyber security services in MSSP and corporate environments.
