Overview

In this role you will lead day-to-day site operations on occupied residential developments, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance. You will oversee removal of existing cladding and installation of compliant, fire-safe façade systems, while communicating with residents and stakeholders. This is a hands-on position in a growing company delivering vital building safety improvements with a clear impact. Responsibilities

  • Manage all site activities from mobilisation through to completion
  • Coordinate the safe removal of existing cladding systems
  • Oversee the installation of new compliant cladding and façade systems
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with design specifications, Building Regulations and fire safety requirements
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
  • Monitor programme and report progress to the Project Manager
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and environmental compliance
  • Carry out regular site inspections, toolbox talks and safety briefings
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, Resident Liaison Officers and other project stakeholders
  • Manage site documentation, permits, inspections and handover processes

Key requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on cladding remediation or façade projects
  • Good understanding of modern cladding systems and façade construction
  • Experience working on occupied residential buildings
  • Strong knowledge of current health & safety legislation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and site programmes effectively
