Overview

As a Finance Business Partner for Kramp UK, you will influence strategy and performance across multiple markets, partnering with Commercial and Operations teams to drive sustainable growth and improved cash performance. You will lead value-focused performance processes, identify risks and opportunities, and support local market strategies for sales growth and margin improvement. You’ll embed a modern, data-driven finance function and work with senior leaders to shape outcomes in a complex, multi-country environment. This role offers high impact, cross-functional collaboration, and a clear path to shaping financial performance in a fast-growing European business.

Key requirements

• Finance qualification (MS in Finance, MBA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years in Finance, preferably in Agri, B2B or e-commerce
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering
• Experience with financial reporting tools (Oracle) and strong Excel
• Experience with project management
