Overview

In this role you will join a Top 200, Legal 500-ranked Real Estate Department in Manchester to handle sophisticated property finance matters. You will collaborate with Banking & Finance teams to service a wide base of banks, lenders and borrowers on complex transactions. The role offers exposure to large commercial portfolios and high-quality work, within a growing, forward-thinking firm that invests in its staff. This is a chance to shape a developing real estate finance practice in a well-established local firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Property Investment, Development Finance, Securitisation, Project Finance and Facility Agreements
• Collaborate with Banking & Finance on Real Estate Finance matters to service Banks, Lenders and Borrowers
• Deliver high-quality, commercial real estate finance work for a broad client base
• Contribute to the ongoing growth of the Real Estate practice within a Top 200 firm
• Support senior colleagues in complex transactions and client relationship management

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE in Real Estate Finance
• Experience handling investments
• Excellent technical and commercial ability
• Experience managing own high-quality caseload
