Overview

In this role you help build Fortice’s defence and security practice by delivering complex digital transformation for central government. You will work with Directors and cross-functional teams to drive insight, problem-solving and learning for secure environments. The role supports growth and capability development, with flexible working options and potential for funded qualifications. You’ll engage with public sector clients, maintain high standards of security vetting, and shape a practical, impactful consulting journey.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of defence and security practice for central government projects
• Deliver complex digital transformation initiatives with stakeholders across client organisations

• Contribute to growth, internal capability development and market diversification
• Collaborate with teams in office, on-site or hybrid settings
• Participate in shaping consultancy offerings and long-term delivery strategy
