Overview
As Director of Business Development and Partnerships, you will shape CIMEC’s strategic plan and lead international partnership development. You will drive advisory services innovation and ensure financial and operational rigour across a diverse project portfolio. Reporting to the Academic Director, you will work with academic and operational teams to deliver high-impact consultancy and expand CIMEC’s reach across UCL health faculties and partners. This senior role combines strategy, commercial insight, and relationship-building to advance UCL’s global impact in healthcare education. A key hook is shaping sustainable, partner-focused educational collaborations at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead development of strategic international partnerships and advisory services with CIMEC and UCLC.
- Collaborate with academic and operational teams to deliver consultancy projects.
- Oversee business planning, marketing strategy, and resource management.
- Manage performance, budgets, and reporting across a diverse project portfolio.
