Affiliate Marketing Manager

Overview

As Affiliate Marketing Manager (German speaking), you will lead and scale the partner and affiliate program for Germany and upcoming international markets. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize relationships with affiliates, shaping the program from launch to expansion. You work hands-on to design campaigns, build partnerships, and ensure data-driven performance. This role offers the chance to impact market expansion and work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute partner marketing campaigns to drive business goals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential partners from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Oversee and strengthen commercial relationships with both new and existing affiliates.
• Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to deliver growth solutions.

Key requirements

• Fluent German language skills
• Extensive experience in affiliate marketing / partner marketing manager roles
• Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration with partners and internal teams
• Highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
