As Legal Advisor / In-House Counsel, you will help manage legal risk for the UK-based team and provide commercial guidance on consultancy appointments. You will draft and review appointment documents, negotiate contracts, and advise on contractual issues arising from assignments. Responsibilities

• provide commercial advice on consultancy appointments
• draft and review appointment documents

Key requirements

• junior solicitor (NQ-2PQE) or experienced paralegal with in-house commercial experience
• training at a national or regional firm with commercial expertise
• experience in Commercial, Construction, Planning, Projects or Environmental law
• strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
• ability to manage risk and provide practical legal guidance
