Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise critical pursuits (ECP/Tier 2) and own the pursuit strategy end-to-end
- Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation and delivery strategies for transformative programs
- Own pursuit governance, budgets, team composition and partner/supply chain selection
- Develop holistic capture strategy including client listening, win strategy, solution development, marcomms, bid planning and lessons learned
- Build and maintain client relationships to identify bespoke needs and validate solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes to refine strategies and grow a diversified opportunity pipeline
- Collaborate with global/regional leaders to align growth plans with strategic priorities
- Partner with Client Account Managers and Market Sector Leaders to deliver capture outcomes aligned with client expectations
Key requirements
- Experience in capture management, strategic bids or business development in engineering or major infrastructure sectors
- Good understanding of the UK nuclear market, procurement routes and program delivery models
- Experience coordinating complex pursuits with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of capture planning, opportunity qualification, competitive positioning and bid management best practice
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational abilities
- Commercial awareness with ability to understand client drivers, contractual requirements and business risks
