Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to understand and challenge requirements
- Turn complex needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Support delivery of system enhancements and projects
- Own issues end-to-end, including 3rd line support across investment systems
- Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong SQL and confidence working with data
- Solid business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of the SDLC and testing
