Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their needs to provide tailored financial solutions
- Provide expert advisory on accounting, tax compliance, tax planning, forecasting, and growth strategies
- Oversee a portfolio of clients ensuring standards, deadlines, and service quality
- Review and supervise junior accountants and support directors to ensure seamless service
- Identify opportunities to grow the firm’s client base through networking and upselling services
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to serve clients at the highest level
- Progression route to Directorship is available if desired
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or QBE with substantial industry experience
- Ability to review and supervise junior team members
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
