Responsibilities
- Programme Delivery: lead and execute small/medium real estate programmes or contribute to large-scale initiatives to achieve measurable benefits
- Leadership & Vision: set direction and empower teams to deliver success
- Programme Governance and Controls: apply standard methodologies, maintain logs, produce governance-ready reporting and secretariat duties
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: support stakeholder registers and communication plans
- Financial Oversight: assist with transparent programme-level financial reporting
- Risk, Health & Safety: ensure governance compliance and proactively manage safety risks
- People & Team: foster a high-performance, collaborative One Business culture
Key requirements
- Experience in programme management with proven benefits/outcomes for clients
- Project delivery background with progression to programme management in real estate/construction
- Accreditation or working knowledge of programme management methodologies in Real Estate
- Awareness of construction delivery models and contracts (NEC, JCT)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities
- Analytical, commercial acumen with comfort in data, dashboards and reporting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and programme management tools, with a digital/tools mindset including AI
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (desirable)
- Professional membership (e.g. MSP) desirable
