Overview
As Product Marketing lead, you shape customer-first storytelling that demonstrates DeepL’s AI in real business contexts. You will collaborate with Brand, Field, Digital, Comms and PR to surface compelling customer successes, craft marquee stories, and secure trusted references. You’ll manage the end-to-end run from interview to live asset, ensuring timely launches and alignment with campaigns. This role combines storytelling with advocacy, enabling buyers to see tangible value from DeepL’s Language AI across regions and verticals.

Responsibilities
- Surface and curate customer stories from support tickets, nominations, wins, and interviews to select high-impact evidence for storytelling.
- Produce marquee assets (videos, case studies, event-ready materials) and quantified proof points demonstrating real-world AI impact.
- Organize and manage customer appearances (press, webinars, keynotes) and coordinate speaker narratives.
- Coordinate customer references for deals, identifying who can speak, topics, and recency of references.
- Own end-to-end storytelling from interview to post-launch assets, including legal and brand permissions, with up-to-date customer approvals.
- Ensure stories align with launches and campaigns and are visible within the appropriate window of relevance.
- Drive efficiency by building processes for production, approvals, and permissions to speed up asset creation
- Track success metrics such as new marquee stories, regional case studies, and faster reference turnarounds
Key requirements
- Proven success in B2B marketing, particularly in customer marketing, content, comms or advocacy
- Self-starter with bias for action and ability to remove obstacles without waiting for briefs
- Ability to integrate automation to speed up processes and workflows
- Strong storytelling with a genuine curiosity about customer business problems
- Comfortable interacting with customers from discovery through launch
