• Manage a broad range of residential files including sales, purchases, mortgages, transfers of equity, and rural property matters
• Provide high-quality client contact and service in a fast-paced environment

• Utilise appropriate administrators and systems to support case handling
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation for strong local community involvement

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident handling of a broad range of residential files
