Contract Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the contract management and site delivery of residential apartment blocks across East and SE London. You will work within a well-established contractor with a strong tender track record, delivering RC blocks to affordable specifications. You’ll drive subcontractors to meet time, cost, and programme targets while managing tight margins. This position offers a stable workload and clear progression within a busy, project-focused team.

Responsibilities

• manage construction of residential apartment blocks on multiple sites
• drive subcontractors to complete works on time and within budget and programme
• ensure works align with tendered and affordable specifications
• coordinate reporting to Head of Construction and senior stakeholders
• maintain focus on delivery within tight margins
• support bid and project execution through lifecycle from contract to completion
