Overview
In this role you will develop and implement capacity planning strategies to optimise resources for our aircraft maintenance programmes. You will work within a small, collaborative team and leverage ERP/MRP systems to improve operational performance in a dynamic aerospace environment. You will drive planning accuracy, identify capacity constraints and support tender and PCAF stages. This is an opportunity to influence how we plan, manage and deliver maintenance activities, delivering tangible efficiency gains and cost awareness.

Responsibilities
- Maximise efficiency and utilisation of plant hours including planned maintenance cycles
- Lead material demand planning and stock control
- Own and develop capacity planning capabilities across the organisation
- Ensure full integration of capacity planning within ERP/MRP systems
- Drive capacity planning to meet operations while optimising manufacturing efficiency and cost
- Refine systems and methods to anticipate customer needs and support tender and PCAF stages
- Manage deviations from plan, especially with financial impact
- Monitor processes and data to identify capacity constraints, trends, and improvement opportunities
Key requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, or equivalent qualifications such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication for clear reporting
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Self-motivated with ability to deliver accurate work to tight deadlines
