Overview
As Lead for Home Instead Charnwood, you will drive the recruitment, training and community engagement strategy across Loughborough, Coalville and the wider Charnwood area. You’ll attract and develop Care Professionals, strengthen local presence, and support business growth through people-focused initiatives. You’ll partner with the management team to ensure high standards of care, compliance and community collaboration. This is a hands-on, impacting role in a growing local care provider.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and selection of Care Professionals
- Deliver induction, training and ongoing development for staff
- Build strong relationships with Care Professionals to support engagement and retention
- Represent the company in the local community and develop partnerships
- Support marketing, recruitment campaigns and community outreach to attract clients and staff
- Ensure onboarding and training meet compliance and CQC requirements
- Collaborate with management to drive growth and development
- Participate in on-call duties to support staff and clients
Key requirements
- Experience in recruitment, training delivery and community engagement
- Care sector experience desirable
- Confident, engaging communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Passion for delivering high standards of care and developing people
- Highly organized, proactive and able to manage varied workload
- Willingness to represent the business externally at events and with media
- Comfortable with on-call duties as part of the management team
