Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of SME clients and collaborate with the BDM to onboard new clients within a mid-sized wealth advisory firm. You will focus on pensions and benefits for intermediary clients, contributing to growth and client retention. The position sits at the heart of a scaling business with a clear growth aspiration over the next five years. You will help shape the client experience and support the firm’s ambitious expansion, working in a collaborative, outcomes-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing SME clients in the corporate benefits space
• Collaborate with the BDM to service and onboard new clients
• Provide expertise in pensions and benefits for intermediary clients
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and client retention initiatives

Key requirements

• Level 4 Corporate Benefits qualification
• Experience managing Pensions & Benefits clients within an intermediary
• Experience in corporate benefits consultancy or related advisory work
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to service clients
