Area Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you will assume full operational ownership of a large FMCG manufacturing area, driving safety, quality, productivity and cost performance. You will lead and develop operational teams to meet business objectives while steering continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives. You will act as a senior operational decision-maker outside normal hours, contributing to a market-leading manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a fast-paced production setting.

• Lead day-to-day operational performance across a large FMCG manufacturing area

• Experienced operations leader from an FMCG manufacturing environment

• Confident making decisions in a fast-paced production environment
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience would be advantageous
