Overview

In this role you will define and drive cross-pillar strategies and project deliveries within Risk Technology, partnering with leadership to prioritize initiatives. You will establish and refine governance, plans and delivery across pillars, ensuring transparent investment and effective execution. You will collaborate with Corporate Technology to align on governance, and engage risk engineering teams to understand current work and strengthen stakeholder relationships. You will promote AI-enabled approaches to planning, oversight and reporting, while maintaining risk controls and delivery standards. Responsibilities

  • Govern governance for key Risk Technology programs and report progress, risks, issues, and milestones to senior management
  • Define best-practice programme management guidelines for Risk Technology with practical examples and future-focused AI integration
  • Drive organizational transformation toward continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-pillar programme execution to deliver strategic technology initiatives
  • Articulate the Risk Technology investment story to partners and stakeholders
  • Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, ensuring data sensitivity handling
  • Define workstreams, set scope and direction, and track deliverables
  • Manage dependencies across pillars and partner teams
  • Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks
  • Proactively surface and resolve issues and escalate when needed
  • Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human validation

Key requirements

  • Experience driving complex investment programs
  • Ability to advance projects to completion, identifying risks, issues and dependencies and resolving/escalating as needed
  • Experience facilitating discussions to design technology solutions
  • Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and recommendations, with proper escalation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
