Senior Game Security Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you lead and grow Rockstar’s Game Security team to safeguard players and our live online titles. You drive anti-cheat initiatives, defining processes and metrics to strengthen security across services. You partner with product, production, and leadership to evolve tooling and practices, ensuring a secure and enjoyable player experience. The opportunity combines hands-on leadership with cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, creative studio in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team responsible for day-to-day anti-cheat operations across online titles
• Set team priorities, allocate resources, and plan for growth to meet business objectives
• Standardise operational processes, tools, and best practices across security activities
• Develop and monitor risk and performance indicators in partnership with analytics and insights
• Collaborate with product management, production, and leadership to define required technology and process advancements to protect players

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game security, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or related security functions
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
• Experience supporting live service or large-scale AAA multiplayer games
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable operational objectives
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities with capacity to distill complex issues into structured frameworks
