Senior Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead on-site delivery for a 50+ unit new build residential scheme in South London, reporting to the Project Manager. You will manage day-to-day site operations, subcontract planning and coordination, and oversee handover while contributing to design discussions and on-site troubleshooting. The position offers a permanent role within a financially strong developer with ambitious growth, including a flagship project. Start within four weeks is expected.

Responsibilities

• manage on-site day-to-day operations and reporting
• coordinate subcontract planning and subcontract management
• drive construction delivery from groundworks to handover
• monitor safety, quality, and progress on site
• input on design management and on-site troubleshooting
• liaise with Project Manager and cross-functional teams

Key requirements

• In-date SMSTS
• First Aid certificate
• experience on new build residential schemes
• able to take projects from groundworks through to handover
• eligible to work in the UK
