Responsibilities

  • Own performance and quality with strong analytics to deliver reliable outputs for clients
  • Plan and execute work effectively, identify value opportunities and know when to act independently or escalate
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to build relationships and maintain professional conduct
  • Communicate clearly to support productive ways of working and address challenges
  • Administer and manage contracts with cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, and cashflow control
  • Work with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, program performance, cost control and value engineering within governance and best practice
  • Provide commercial leadership to improve forecast accuracy and timely final accounts
  • Contribute to internal excellence by capturing lessons learned and improving systems and processes

Key requirements

  • Degree or HNC level qualification
  • NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
  • Cost / commercial management experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects
  • Experience on major programmes or project portfolios
  • Professional Chartership (preferable)
