Overview
As Group Quality Manager, you lead and develop the Group Quality Management System across construction and property services to ensure ISO 9001 compliance. You partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and right-first-time delivery. You oversee audits, training, and performance reporting, shaping quality culture across the business. This role offers impact through setting standards and supporting project delivery at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the Group Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 requirements
- Develop, implement and review quality policies, procedures and standards across all business units
- Conduct internal audits and support external certification and surveillance audits
- Monitor quality performance, trends and KPIs across projects and business operations
- Investigate quality issues, non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing CAPAs
- Collaborate with project teams to embed quality in planning and delivery
- Support operational teams with inspections, QC processes and compliance
- Promote continuous improvement and right-first-time delivery
- Deliver quality training, coaching and guidance to staff and management
- Produce quality reports and performance data for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with SHEQ and operations to support integrated management systems and business objectives
Key requirements
- Quality Manager / Senior Quality role in construction, property services or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS
- Experience managing internal and external audits
- Experience developing and implementing quality procedures and improvement initiatives
- Understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
