Overview
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple maintenance and refurbishment projects across Hertfordshire and London, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will work with site teams to drive performance and quality while the business sustains a strong project pipeline. This role sits in a busy contractor environment with exposure to housing, healthcare, education, hotel and commercial sectors. The opportunity focuses on leadership, delivery, and making an impact through effective project coordination in a growing company with a long-standing presence.

Key requirements
- track record with a reputable Main Contractor
- experience on maintenance and refurbishment projects
- experience in social housing and/or healthcare/education/commercial sectors (preferred)
