Facade Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee façade/external works and M&E phases of the mega project
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors for relevant trades
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Maintain health and safety standards on site
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align with contract requirements

Key requirements

• Degree-qualified or equivalent construction degree
• Experience on major commercial/offices, residential or mixed-use schemes
• Experience in managing subcontractors
• Health and safety certificate
• CSCS card
