Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for CRM Sales, you will shape the strategy and execution of core revenue workflows within an AI-native CRM. You’ll steer the product roadmap at the intersection of agentic experiences and CRM processes, partnering with AI/ML and data teams to deliver proactive, automated guidance. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to scale features across Desktop and Mobile, aligning with the company’s AI-driven revenue transformation. This role places you at the heart of transforming how revenue professionals work and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the CRM Sales workflow vision and roadmap (pipeline, deals, agentic automation)
  • Translate market signals and customer insights into differentiated strategy
  • Ideate, prototype, and deliver AI-powered experiences that surface insights and automate tasks
  • Collaborate with AI/ML and data teams to power recommendations, alerts, and automation
  • Identify high-impact moments in the sales cycle for agentic assistance
  • Lead cross-functional squads to ship features efficiently
  • Define success metrics and use data signals to inform prioritisation
  • Ensure consistent experiences across Desktop and Mobile
  • Partner with adjacent product groups to ensure integration and coherent UX
  • Drive adoption with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success and represent customer voice internally

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, with proven B2B SaaS impact
  • Experience with AI, ML, or automation-driven features; ability to reason about tradeoffs in agentic design
  • Ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
  • Experience in fast-growing global SaaS with distributed teams
  • Excellent communication; ability to simplify complex decisions for engineers, designers, and executives
  • Data-driven with use of metrics and qualitative research
  • Customer obsession; close engagement with users and support signals
  • AI/ML features and automation-driven product design
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with cross-platform product experiences (Desktop + Mobile)
