- Conduct building surveys and prepare schedules of condition

Key requirements
- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Experience delivering professional and project-based surveying services
- Strong knowledge of commercial property
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads independently in a team environment
