Responsibilities
- Deliver service excellence across client matters and contribute to firm culture initiatives
- Achieve personal objectives while aligning with the firm’s overall aims
- Plan, control and resource matters effectively, delegating and monitoring delivery
- Support development of team members and establish recognition as an expert in your area
- Deepen understanding of client needs, lead CRM activities and cross-refer work where appropriate
