Professional Services Consultant – Fintech

Overview

In this role you will implement software products in hosted (cloud) environments for a leading fintech client, working closely with the London MD. You will drive delivery across multiple phases, tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure successful integration with client processes. You’ll operate with high autonomy, balancing technical delivery with strong communication to stakeholders. This is an opportunity to shape SaaS implementations and contribute to data management and risk software services at scale.

Responsibilities

• Implement software products in hosted/cloud environments
• Participate in all phases of the software delivery cycle (planning, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, training, support)
• Perform customization analysis and propose recommendations
• Manage and communicate project timelines to internal and external customers
• Use batch processes to integrate products into client processes
• Utilize programming to integrate products into client systems as needed

Key requirements

• Min 2 years commercial experience
• Experience in application support or implementation
• Technical, mathematic or scientific degree
• SQL
• Ability to read OO code (C++, C#, Java, or XML)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
